ROBERT D This is only the sleeve cover. You still need to purchase the Therm-a-Rest mattress. The cover works great and is worth the purchase. It is really nice to have a chair when camping without having to carry much extra weight. The cover also has straps and clips on it so you can easily roll up your mattress when you are packing it.

SunnySports S There are a couple of differences. The Lounge is longer so if you are laying down there will still be mattress under your feet. There is a folded mattress in both and they both will lay out flat. If you wanna use the matress in the lounge you just need to unclip it, whereas by the trekker you would have to take the whole thing out in order to use the matress. Stay safe and have fun out there!
