Durable and comfortable - a good investment

I have used my Basecamp mattress regularly for the last 7 years. It has been trouble free, and is still in great condition with little to no wear to show for it. I would expect it to last for another 7 at this rate! In addition to this it has been effective and comfortable in year round conditions. At 6', 200 lbs, with a width of 24" the XL gives me plenty of room and support. I even bought the fitted sheet and tech blanket to go with my Basecamp, which works great as well!

 

Not the workhorse, but the Clydesdale of camp mats

These luxuriant mats turn cots, bunks, and even cold hard ground into comfortable sleeping platforms. Almost impervious to wear, tear, and punctures, easily repaired if you're careless, and with a bullet-proof warranty (Cascade Designs insisted on replacing a 30 yr. old pad, which by then owed me nothing...) Good gear, good company!

RAY B  The internet is a wonderful place... Go to the Thermarest website Select a size and view "Product Specs". Personally, I bought the XL - so I don't roll off of it.
