CYNTHIA I I'd definitely buy the 34 - it fits a bit snug to begin with and does not really stretch out with wear. Hope this helps!

JOSEPH G I bought a pair of XLs and they fit me as expected. Because the material expands and contracts I would say either will probably fit fine. I'm not sure what you mean by stomach control, but my short answer is no, but the swimsuit doesn't really cover the stomach, so(?) I'm glad I bought my pair and will probably buy the same model for my next suit.
