Was a good purchase that fit our needs for what we wanted it for. Some areas that we fish that you have to walk to and can't get a regular boat to, this inflatable is perfect.
Fish will fear you when you hit the water in a Sevylor Fish Hunter 4-Person Fishing Boat. With tough 30-gauge PVC this boat is durable enough to get you to your favorite out-of-the-way fishing hole. Just in case, though, the multiple air chambers will help you get back to shore. Rowing is natural and easy thanks to the Delrin swivel oarlocks, raised inflatable seats and the anti-chaffing pads. But if you want to move more easily, you can always add an outboard motor or the Sevylor trolling motor (see SKU: SLRTM18). No matter how you power your craft, the tunnel air chambers will help keep your boat steady. Once you find your favorite spot, the rod holders free your hands for easy fishing. Once you've landed your limit, this boat is easy to carry out of the water and the drain plug cuts down on drying time, so you can quickly pack up and look forward to your next successful fishing trip.
The Sevylor Airtight System is guaranteed not to leak. If you are using the Sevylor trolling motor the boat comes complete with a battery bag that keeps your motor's battery dry and out of the way. Double Lock valves use two locking points for easy inflation/deflation and the gear pouch keeps supplies and snacks close at hand. Inflatable seats add height for more comfortable rowing and fishing. Chafing pads add comfort while rowing and the grab line makes it easy to climb in and out. Carry handles make it easy to carry in and out of the water. The Fish Hunter fits four people and is NMMA certified to hold up to 700 lbs (317.5 kg). When inflated the Fish Hunter measures (L x W) 102" x 50" (259cm x 127cm), comes with an owner's manual and is covered by a 90 day limited warranty.

Can anyone tell me if one or both seats lift out this raft or are they fixtures ? Eric K
EVELYN K
Both seats lift out and are basically inflated pillows. This seems to be a pretty good two person raft, but to call it a 4 person boat is a real fish story.
FREDERICK B
both seats are removable, held in place by friction and the ropes.

Hi Lucy,
Yes, both seats lift out, they are very small and only 2 people fit in the boat, I don't know how they figure it is a 4 person. We only needed it for 2 so we love the boat, it has been a lot of fun and so far no holes. Enjoy your boat.
DANIEL K
Both seats can be taken out. Personally, I think that sitting in the boat without the seats are much better.
BRIAN H
Both seats lift out and are separate from the raft.
DON W
To answer your question, yes they both lift out. Beware, there is no way 4 people or even 2 people can fit in this boat with or without gear. I am a large person and completely fill this boat without gear. (250 lbs.)

does it come with oars?
JUDY B
No. It does not come with oars. This is a must for any boat wether you have a motor or not.
SHIRLEY M
I am sorry, I thought the oars came with the boat, but my husband said that he ordered them separately. So sorry about the misinformation I sent previously.
SHIRLEY M
This boat was good quality and did come with oars. It is NOT a four person boat but if you are only going to have 2 people it will be OK. We purchased it just to enjoy a ride on the lake when we camp and for my husband and I it works out great for that.

am so happy i was several times with family daughter vife and dog, boat is perfect, but not for 4people max 2adults one kid and dog and we are full :o0
BRIAN H
It does not come with oars. It does come with oar holders and is hands down the best lower price range raft you can buy. This was also the best price I could find it anywhere!

i read that the oar holders are too small for oars. what kind of oars do you use? also, i've read to purchase a boat boot cover to protect the boat against puncture from hooks and sharp rocks. Ditto install plywood for the floor. Any idea what dimensions? i'm just going onto small lakes. is the motor really necessary?
MARCOS R
I read that people flip the boat over and make an outline of the bottom of the boat for the floor. I don't have a boot for my boat and have taken it out on a 475 acre lake and had no problems. You do want to make modifications for this boat for a more comfortable sit.
BONNIE B
I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He does use oars and has no problem with them but also has a motor for when the water is on the rough side and makes it harder to row. He did add plywood and a carpet to add support to the bottom. He enjoys it very much as he does fish on small lakes.
