Comments about Sevylor New Colorado Canoe - Hunt Fish:
I use this product on a quiet river near my home. I would reccomend it for the use of 2 medium sized adults or 1 adult and one small child. For overnite trips only 1 person and gear comfortably fits. The Colorado has been durable and is an inexpensive way to get into floating rivers. It packs up easily and is relatyively easy to portage and carry. Like alot of canoea I would reccomend using it on somewaht calm days as a stiff wind really slows you down.Other than that enjoy.

Awsome Canoe at an Awsome price
By Kahala

For the price I find this canoe to be the best value. It has a rugged bottom that will skid across rocks and limbs but it has a top that does get wet and takes a while to dry(Scotchgard will work wonders here). It is much lighter than I expected and I never use the carry bag that came with it as you can just roll it up and run a tie-down through the carry handle to carry it like a big suitcase. The new model has a great new look and double lock valves which are better than previous models but lost the hard directional skeg from the bottom for 2 flexible ones that are permanently attached. It also does NOT include a repair kit which the previous model had. Tracking isn't a problem for me but you can also add a k79 Tahiti skeg and attach it to the motor mount on one or both sides to help tracking. If you google it there is a video showing you how. There are tons of rings and things to use as tie downs but I found some get in the way when rowing so removed them. I attended a river cleanup and had plenty of room for myself, dry box, cooler, and a giant bag of river trash(turn the front seat backwards and you will be right in the middle for a 1 man +gear canoe). Because it is an inflatable it can flex and go over rocks and rapids easily with no hard thud. It certainly tracked better and moved faster than my friends 1000+ dollar Hysides, granted they are flat bottomed and self bailing which slows them a bit. He was so impressed he offered to trade me!I had to scotchgard the top and remove some tie down rings but other than that this was perfect for my needs.
