Does the job

By jim

This is the second Silva compass I have owned. I bought the first one in 1977. It still works perfectly. I gave it to my son a few years ago and wanted another one. I used the new one on a two day back-country backpacking trip in Southwest Florida. The land is pan flat with no geographic features. A map and compass is essential. This clear plastic compass is simple to orient the map with and simple to use while walking to stay on course.
