With the Ultra Pod Quck Release already attached to my Ultra Pod & Camera, I'm ready to take pictures in mere seconds, versus having takent the time to set up the conventional way and possibly missing the shot!

Majority of the Quick Pod & Ultra Pod is made of plastic but they are durable enough to securly hold my digital pocket camera on my trekking poles when I want to take self portraits or group shots with everyone in the photo.
