Solid pack to use for cycling commuters. Only detraction would be that there are no inside compartments to put smaller items (i.e. pens, phone, keys)

      Comments about SealLine Urban Backpack:

This has been a great bag so far. The strap system is pretty adjustable so its easy to get a decent fit no matter how full the bag or bulky the clothes your wearing. I purchased the bag because I needed something waterproof and with a greater capacity than my messenger bag, and this hasn't disappointed. In rain that made it through my jacket, the bag stayed bone dry inside. I like the roll top closure because its really easy to use, but there is a rigid plastic strip that aides in the rolling which causes the bag to point out at the top corners. No matter how I adjust, the bag sits pretty high so these points are hard to see around to spot cars and such when riding in traffic.

I use it for cycling but it will be a great light day pack or kayaking bag for the summer as well. It is absolutely huge inside (I got the small and can take a tablet, a couple books, rain gear, bike locks/tools, extra shirt and shoes, lunch, and various small odds and ends with no problem)but there's no internal organizational pockets so it gets hard to find stuff when its full especially since the smaller things tend to find their way to the bottom. I'd suggest the organizer meant for the bag or working out your own when you recieve it.

The pocket on the front is pretty much useless, but so much can go inside that I won't take points away for that.

      Comments about SealLine Urban Backpack:

in the begining we noticed how uncomfortable the backpack straps are, behing your neck/head area, it continuosly grabs and hangs on your skin. This is due to the "handle" built out of the backpack straps which instead of seperating, unite instead.

After 2 weeks of usage in easy, light-weight day trips the backpack BROKE. A HOLE was made by the rupture of the backpack fabric right where the seam/rubber patch holds the back-straps to the fabric. This means now I have a hole where the water gushes in everytime water slips through my back in the rain.... and I bought this for its waterproof quality! bah!

Then the WAIST-STRAP, continuosly slipped-OFF the backpack, it seems there its a factory-mistake (yet another).

I later discovered that the Urban Backpack is made in CHINA. While the other-one I own Sealline PRO back pack is made in the USA.

Conclusion: the Urban Backpack is a bad-quality, expensive backpack that is in no way value for money! I would rather buy a 10 dollar bag at a chinise-cheap store, in the end, it would last just as long!

      Comments about SealLine Urban Backpack:

      Upsides
It looks much cooler than all the other similar waterproof backpacks that are currently on the market.

The straps are also really comfortable and I love the convenient roll-top and strap.

      Downsides
One downside to this bag is that it is quite unexpectedly narrow. Unlike other bags, the base on this backpack is actually oblong. So you're actually getting less space than you think.

The pocket in the front is also pretty useless. When the rest of the bag is full, I can really only fit either my phone or my car keys in it.

Lastly, the organizer REALLY helps with the functionality of the bag, but you shouldn't have to buy it. It should come as part of the bag.
