Comments about Petzl Tikkina 2 Headlamp:

I use this primarily as a campsite headlamp, secondly as a safety light in my PFD (life jacket) for when or if I am caught after dark on the water in my kayak. This light is simple offering high and low settings. It has long lasting LED's for light. High beam is quite good virtually eliminating a need for a seperate flashlight. Low beam provides enough light to do any campsite choir while saving batteries. There is no blinking light option and I find that a plus as I have never needed or wanted a blinking light or having to rotate through the blinking light when using the on-off switch.

Comments about Petzl Tikkina 2 Headlamp:

I purchased this headlamp for my daughter to take on her camping trip. She really liked the cool colors of the adjustable headlamp and headband it came with. The LED was adjustable for high or low level lighting and it had the advantage of long battery life.

Purchased for 12 year old daughter. She has only used on one backpacking trip, but it seems to be fine.
