Comments about MSR Platypus Origin 22.18 Hydration Pack:

I have used SO MANY types of day packs & packs in general. No joke, The North face, Camelbak, Lowe, Eberlestock, Marmot, Osprey, Maxpedition, and High Sierra are just a few to name. NOTHING touches this pack. The Aussies got something right. It fits like a champ, the side pockets are so nice for gels, electrolytes, cell phone, small cameras, maps, etc. And the hydration reservoir... it's simply amazing. It literally takes less then 5 seconds and EVERY single drop in the bladder is out. You can CLEAN and DRY this bladder in less then 2 minutes. No more nonsense with curved brushes, pricey tablets, etc. This is simply the best reservoir created. Osprey doesn't even come close with their 'revolutionary' framed and state of the art reservoir. This reservoir is amazing!!!!!The only CON is simple... you get a lame 2L reservoir with this pack. I wanted a 3L. I ordered that separately and then sold the 2L on [...] for almost the retail price.
