DESCRIPTION
A perennial favorite with core mountaineers, the VE 25 is a three-person yurt for lodging in severe conditions. By severe, we mean Everest-bagging, -60F kind of temps.

This is the Gold Standard of tents for winter camping in extreme conditions. It is heavy but that weight makes it substantial in heavy snowfall and gusting winds. If your life depends on your shelter holding up then this is an excellent choice. I like all the pockets in the tent walls to stash things off the floor and in easy reach. The roof vents work well to reduce condensation and help keep things dry inside. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a fantastic tent. No negative points whatsoever and no issues experienced so far. Field tested at -12 C. A bit heavy but there is no way around that problem. Superb value for the money.
