      This is the second pair of north face I own. I prefer higher ankle support for outdoor activities. Extremely comfy. Won't buy another brand.

            Warranty department at NF slower than anywhere I have ever dealt with. Season for shoes is over before they deal with issue.

                  Using them for mostly fishing weekly and out in about daily in town. Good cushion and no break-in period. Very light for a hiker. The waterproof is a must fishing during the winter. Great light hiker!
