Nice pot set

Comments about MSR Alpine 2 Pot Set:

This is a good set. I have an older Boy Scout set that works and packs better. The set will pack a MSR pocket rocket stove and single canister of fuel which is nice. If you decide to get this set make sure you buy a mug of some sort to drink coffee, etc. I like this pot set, but there has to be better out there for light weight backpacking. I am still looking for a different option, but I do have a solid pot set with this group. I like the plate/lid, but it stays loose with out a way to fasten it to the set. This ensures that the bag the set comes in must be carried. The grab tool is a must have even if you don't buy this set.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
