Comments about Marmot Trestles 30F Synthetic Sleeping Bag - Long Size - 2012 Model:

bought this and the female version for my girlfriend and I when going camping in late November/ Early December 2012, in lows of mid/low 30's F. 4 nights in the cold down in WA DC with no sleeping pad, air mattress, pillow etc. with nothing more than a tent and a pile of leaves brushed under said tent I must say I was sweating all night. The only discomfort I had was the cold i felt through the hard ground. I would recommend it in colder conditions If you've got a sleeping pad and a bag liner.

We are currently preparing to go to -10 lows In Buffalo, definitely going to get a sleeping pad, bag liner and am interested in testing out the coleman blackcat, as well as getting another sleeping bag to put one in the other.

TL;DR = basically slept on the ground in low 30 temps, was hot everywhere except freezing where my body touched the ground. [fix]= get a sleeping pad
