I wanted a solid 3-season bag to compliment my super lightweight WM Caribou summer bag. The MH Piute is a simple 600-fill 20 degree bag. No bells and whistles, but that's what keeps the weight down in a basic 2.5 lb 600-fill bag. Kept me warm in the Sierra on consecutive 30 degree nights. Didn't miss the draft collar. Otherwise, it's roomy enough and warm. The regular fit me at 6 feet tall. Not super lightweight, but a good value. Leaks some down here and there. Zipper snags badly, but it's hard to find a bag that doesn't. Good overall purchase.
