Comments about LEKI Diva AERGON Anti-Shock Poles (pair):

I got this item after researching it extensively and I love it. The poles collapse a bit too easily which is the only downside. I'm 5'4" and 110 lbs and the size and weight of the poles is perfect for me, and they can be greatly adjusted for different hikes up/down hill, or used while snowshoeing.

Comments about LEKI Diva AERGON Anti-Shock Poles (pair):

I have used these poles for several all-day hikes in high mountain terrain. They have saved my knees a lot of pain. One benefit I didn't expect was that they even help going uphill, taking stress off the leg joints. These are my first pair of hiking poles but I did a lot of research and I think they are great for me. I'm about 5'5", 120lbs, and like to hike fast and do a lot of climbing. I'm only 42 so I thought I was too young for hiking poles but it turns out, I should have gotten these years ago!
