This is a backpack rain cover, as of yet it has not rained. I tried it on the backpack and it is a good fit, seems to be well made with good seems. Fortunately, cost is usually not my criteria to pase my equipment. I look for high quality reagardless of the manufacturer. Hope I never need it but as the Boy Scouts motto says "Be Prepared".
