So, this is my first mummy style sleeping bag and though a little tight fitting for my 6' and wide shouldered body, it fits rather snug. At first, I was wishing for a bigger bag but I adjusted and think that perhaps when I camp well below freezing, it will really come in handy.

As for warmth, it was great however, I haven't used it at it's temp. rating. I used it at 0 degrees (32F) and it kept me very warm this past weekend.

The down smells a little though - sort of weird. I haven't had a down product that did smell so, who knows? It's not bad and I am thinking that perhaps during shipping, it sat somewhere where there was lots of humidity. Again, no biggie.

The bag packs really well. It's light, and seems to be well made. No down has escaped thus far except for a few minor little fluffs but, thats expected.

I find the zipper to be half descent as well - no snags.

Overall, this sleeping bag has worked pretty great so far. I haven't used it to it's limit yet but I have no reason to think it can't get me there. With it's well build and great features (sleeping bad attachments) I think I'll have this bag for some time.

I have 3 Kelty down bags for my 13 year old triplets. My son has this one and he loves it! I love that it keeps him toasty and that it's designed so well. It is too heavy for serious back packing, but what a great deal for the price!
