        I have adventure traveled and have used vests
        before. This is an all-around good vest, but
        when wearing a short sleeve shirt and bringing
        your left arm across your chest the ends of the velcro scratch your skin. Have had this problem
        with another vest, too.

            Good fit,I got an M and wear a ladies L or XL. Lots of pockets, love the fact its got a hood. Will use for travel through Ecuador. Lots of light rain.
            The only thing I would suggest is bigger inside pockets.
            Looked for a long time before I chose this one.

              I am using this vest on a safari so need all the pockets for camera, binoculars, etc.
