Comments about GSI Outdoors Pinnacle Griddle:

As I've only had the opertunity to use the product for one week I can only say that it seems to be a great griddle. The multilayer coating used on GSI pinnacle products is very tuff and permenant so I do expect a long life. I would have made it a bit smaller as Im usually alone or with one other and the size is alittle hard to pac in the kayak. Great pancakes though.
