The Flat Surface and Curved Surface Adhesive Mounts are the same mounts suppliedwith most Hero and HD Hero cameras. 3M's innovative VHB 4991 adhesive backing ensures the mounts stay put, but can be cleanly removed when heat (e.g. from a hairdryer) is applied. Thumb Knob and Stainless Steel hardware has multiple usesfor attachment of camera housing to Quick Release Buckles and other mounts in kit or that you already own.
