    This is a great pack for Day Hiking. It adjust great to the female frame. I was able to carry my water, as well as water for four friends, without any discomfort. I also did some short trail running (mile to a mile and a half) with it, and it held up great. Fit snug to my back and didn't move around or get uncomfortable while I was running. Overall a Great buy, and I was so happy to get it at this price.

    I thought this pack was going to be perfect. Construction looks ok. Bag design is pretty standard. However I used it for the first time on Sunday for a 6 mile hike and the shoulder straps just did not fit well. I tried adjusting the pack a million different ways to no avail. I noticed the straps are attached kind of close together at the top of the pack and scarped the sides of my neck as well. I have never had that much discomfort with a pack in my life. I had the 3 L reservoir full, 1 frisbe, pocket knife, car keys, 3 granola bars, 1 bottle of water in the side pocket. It still had plenty of space left in it but it dug into my shoulders and the last 2 miles I had to carry it in my arms. To top it off Sunny Sports did nothing to help me get another pack that fits better. You couldn't pay me to carry that thing another mile.

      I took this to Warrior BootCamp! First time hiking, and went to Zion National Park and hiked Angels Landing. I love how much water it holds, although sometimes as a beginner hiker, it felt heavy with so much water. Lots of pockets to fill up with necessities. I love it!
