Theres are great trekking poles. Fold down to almost nothing; very light and sturdy. Glad I purchased them and you can't beat the price! Palms become a bit sweaty on the grip but other than that, no complaints

These poles are so much lighter than any others out there that there is no comparison. Also they are so easy to collapse and sore in the bag, which hangs without interference from one's backpack or takes up little room within. That they don't adjust is disconcerting at first, but one soon realizes that they are perfectly usable even so. If you are just between sizes, I recommend going down to the smaller size.

These are super light and sturdy! Combine with a tent that uses trekking poles to pitch and you are money.

As an aging boomer who seeks higher, further and more thrilling hikes, I wanted super lightweight poles, which these are. They are easy enough to fold up and stuff into my pack while perched on a cliff ridge. If the strap extended a bit more it would accommodate gloves better, but it is especially comfortable and supportive.
