I am 1.70 m. tall and 64 kg. (basically a couple inches shorter). S size widely works for me and I'd say it would work for you. I guess is a matter of how wide / tight you like to wear your clothes.

I would suggest going with the medium. I'm 5'9" around 170. I normally take a medium in OR gear, but I got a large in the StormBound because the snow skirt inside fit too tight. You also might want to wear a mid-layer sometime and the small would be too tight. Hope that helps.

I am 6'1 and bought a large and it is just a slight bit big on me. Seems they run a little large, hope this helps
