Using this for Kayaking in cold weather and when water temps fall. I live in North Dakota and have to be concerned with falling in the water when it is below freezing. I am 5'8" tall with a 42" chest, I weigh 155 lbs. No beer belly. Jacket fit just like i thought it would. Very nice to put on and take off. I ordered a medium.

I love my wetsuit. I use it swimming in a pool that just is too cold. it is the first wetsuit that I have purchased that fits great and keeps me warm. Yes it can. It is basically a long sleeve light scuba vest. Just make sure you rinse after use. Salt water will cause an odor and the dried salt will clog the zipper. Swimming pool chlorine is not good either. Like any wetsuit fresh water rinse is your friend!
