ELLA M Greetings! I bought the NF Zip boots recently and LOVE THEM! Prior to buying them I tried on a pair at Cabellas to check for size. ( They were $120 at the store so this is an amazing price from Sunny sports)I normally wear a size 7 but found that they run a little snug. A 7 1/2 fit great and I could have even gone up to a size 8 in these boots. I have a very thin foot and they fit snug. If your foot is on the chunky side, I would suggest a full size up. I havent worn them out in the snow yet but am certainly looking forward to having warm feet this winter. They are very warm! Hope this helps. Cheers! Ella

CARRIE V I am a size 7, and the size 7 in this boot I bought worked great for me, true to size. No complaints whatsoever. Cannot speak to widths being true, but I would be highly confident that they are.

RUTH C I tend to buy winter boots larger than my walking shoes in order to accommodate thick socks. They fit as expected. While I cannot address Sunny's return policy, NorthFace is very customer geared and when the zipper broke (and could not be replaced) after approximately a year, they offered a full refund at the current price and I purchased another NorthFace winter boot.

KARMA T mind blowing quality but if you have THICK and WIDE foot like mine, your foot won't even go inside, because they are so tight/snug to get in, once in it is ok but than PIA to take your foot out. For winter boots, I wouldn't order any NORTH FACE ones cos they are all VERY TIGHT/SNUG.
