At the end of last week (Friday 4 September), I ordered a GoLite Pinnicle backpack from you - and this afternoon (Tuesday 8 September) it has already arrived (way down here at the bottom of Tasmania Australia - and about as far away as any order you get could be). Just a note to say how impressed I was - with both your excellent service and the backpack.
