DUANE O My wife and I used our Marmot Limestone 4p tent during a two week vacation in August in NE Arizona, SE Utah and SW Colorado. We experienced high winds, rain and temperatures from the 70s down to the 40s F. We camped in BLM and Forest Service campgrounds in high desert, a sandy river beach, and high mountain forests. We did not experience any leaks or condensation problems. The tent has good ventilation. The tent is easy to set up and tear down. I did both by myself several times while my wife was preparing meals. Of course it is easier with two people. I would strongly recommend putting it up the first time at home though, so that you are not trying to figure it out in the dark while it's raining. I would also recommend a good set of after-market tent stakes, especially if you are going to be using it on the beach. I use nine inch steel wedge shaped tent stakes Made in USA (not the thin Made in Taiwan or China stakes). I always stake down the tent and rain fly. The tent is very compact for its size and quality. We liked the storage pockets and lantern loop. We are very pleased with it. As for temperature, it is a tent, so on a cold night it is only a few degrees warmer inside than outside.
