Nnacy I  My husband needs a large sized hat--one-size-fits-all won't work for him. Is this a generously sized hat?
RUSSELL K  I have an average size head for a guy at 7 3/8. This hat is snug on me. So no, it's not a good choice for a guy with a large head size. It may be annoyingly tight.
JEFFREY B  Nancy, I've got a larger than normal size head. Most of caps don't completely cover my ears. This one does. I can't vouch for your husband's head, but I will say this cap is bigger than others I have tried. I'd give it a try.
