Are these gloves really warm and do they stay dry? I do lots of work out in the pasture with livestock and need something really warm

These gloves are extremely warm and really good quality. I used these gloves as ski gloves and skiid and played in the snow all day. Temps only got into teens. They are also waterproof. I had purchased two pairs, one small and one medium because I have small hands. The medium pair fit better and returning the small pair was quick and painless.
