JULIE C The jacket has no lining and the fabric itself is quite thin. It really is only suitable for warm weather rain. If you order large enough, you could wear a warm layer of something else underneath -- but this jacket alone will not do the trick.

MAIA Z Yes but it's not insulated so wouldn't provide warmth just rain protection. I wear a fleece underneath sometimes which suffices in a temperate climate like Seattle.

BETTY M I haven't tried it on a cold day, just in the mid-50's F. It isn't lined. But it is wind-proof and with a cozy sweater as an inner layer it was very warm and comfortable.
