HELENA W First let me say that I love this bag! No it does not have a full length zipper. It unzips almost all the way down. There is about a foot left at the bottom that does not open. But I must say I am a women who is 5"4 and I don't like being confined, I was surprised at how much room the bag actually had when fully zipped. I also used it unzipped like a blanket it still worked well. I would also like to recommend the marmot arroyo 30 degree bag I bought that bag for my husband the same time that I bought the ar?te which is much more plush than the ar?te and that bag although does not unzip all the way either it to is an awesome bag especially if you plan on camping in colder weather.
