BRANDON L We also have two of them.... The chillwave is amazing. To answer your question, they do make two different lengths in this coat, the parka is a bit longer and will cover more and the standard jacket will just go past your waste. the one in this picture is a parka... I hope this helps!

KEVIN B I bought the jacket for my wife, she wore it last weekend for our March Trip to climb Mt Whitney via the Mountaineer's route. She sometimes wears a Xs but went with a small so she could wear layers underneath. The jacket fit well overall with a few layers on. However the face part on the hood seemed a bit tight. The jacket was perfect for the trip, very warm and pack-able. Can't beat the deal at sunny sports. I would not hesitate to purchase for outdoor pursuits

MARGARET G This coat is incredibly warm, with 650 downfill. While the tech geek in me wishes it was constructed with 800+ European goose down, the fact is the 650 fill works. I live at higher elevations in central VT and while its not the Rockies or the Andes, we get a good deal of wind and this morning began in the negative degrees(fahrenheit). This chillwave coat has kept every inch of me that it covered incredibly toasty despite the elements! The tougher denier nylon on the shoulders and waist are great protection from rough precipitation or falls and scrapes. I would be very hesitant to wash this jacket and at most maybe 1-2times a year and only with specific down wash on the gentle cycle and hung to dry. If it needed re-waterproofing, I'd recommend a waterproofing spray as opposed to wash and then placing the coat in the dryer for a short time on low heat to reseal the waterproofed material along with the waterproofing spray. This is a great jacket that will last me through some tough conditions. *also, do NOT try to dryclean this coat!!! Its waterproof coating will not agree with this treatment and may be ruined.
