This tent is really good for the loot. I only had the opportunity to use it once but it feels like a high quality unit. The only thing that I would have liked is a window on the fly and a way for it to breathe better with the fly on. But at this price it's really good for car camping (at 8 lbs it's a lil to heavy to be luggin around backpacking).

I have always been happy with Kelty tents and this one is not an exception. I got it for car camping and it is perfectly suited for that purpose. It is a little heavy for backpacking, but if you split the poles and the tent, then it shouldn't be too bad.

I used this tent in a heavy rain, then snow storm. winds reached about 60 mph and this tent held up great. watch for the zipper lining getting frozen in cold temps, but thats more a caution than complaint. all in all, this tent was a great price and was exactly what i was looking for.
