delivery was fast and pack arrived in excellent condition. I originally tried to order thru website but kept getting hung up on loading even on several devices so some kinks need to be ironed out but I called and customer service was second to none and sunny sports has a customer for life

That I don't know, but it was a good price for a well made medium frameless pack. I bought it for my scout son, but as an "old timer" winter mountaineer myself, I appreciate quality. It appeared comparable to the Kelty packs in Cabelas at a discount price.
