Great little day bag. Big enough for what you need for the day, but not much more. Forces you to pack smart, but not bulky from extra fabric. Haven't used it much yet, but the pockets and overall layout has worked well so far.

This is a good pack, I use it for day hikes and carrying my books to school. I have read reviews on other websites complaining about the squeaking noise that comes from the pack when you wear it. I also experienced this annoyance, but after 6 months of regular use it has gone away. The pack is comfortable and light. My biggest problem is the outer pockets. The 2 side mesh pockets are too small to hold a full water bottle, so I have to use the compression straps to keep my bottle from falling out. The front pocket on the other hand is a little bit too deep for my liking (things get lost down there), but it's not a big deal. Overall, I would recommend this pack, especially at the current sale price.

I use this for day hikes and short kayak runs with the dogs. It holds everything I need and fits perfectly. Love the access to the water bottles and multiple compartments so it's easy to find things other than the bottom of my old pack.
