I use this backpack to cycle to and from work everyday. The straps are comfortable, I like how tight and secure it feels against my back when I'm riding. The inside pocket is big and easy to access, although a medium-sized one might have been nice. The elastic sleeve inside is good-- it just fits my 15in Macbook Pro.

I LOVE the no zip pocket on the front-- it's perfect for shoving an extra shirt or powerbars in. My only complaint is that the thinner chest/waste straps are pretty long and there's a few of em, so they sometimes flap around while biking, but I'm sure with some adjustments I'll get it right.

I like this pack for its internal hydration pocket, into which I place papers to avoid folding them--- for instance, if I want to walk to Kinko's to have a document copied. The front mesh pocket is handy since I can reach into it while wearing the pack to retrieve my knit cap if it is cold outside.
I like the Kelty brand and purchased a sleeping bag from them years ago, which I am very satisfied with. The apricot color of the Redstart 26 pack suits me just fine--- it gets attention without being too flashy. I would have given the pack a 5 star rating if the shoulder strap/pack connection was more substantial and if the zipper was heavier duty.
