I am a physician and my husband a paramedic and our bag holds everything we need for just about anything. He states it is as good as any they use on their trucks. Very durable.

I wanted to pack a first aid kit the way I wanted. This bag is a great size for holding advanced first aid and enough quantity of basics to help w/ disaster response. Only down side is the bottom "replacement" -- doesn't initially come with the replaceable bottom. However, that can be purchased directly from Kemp. When I got the bag, it was $10-20 cheaper w/ leisurepro & free shipping -- by far the BEST value I found online. Shipping was fast. Bag packed and in the car. Glad I took a ch...ance with this first-time order with this company.

Will it hold a D cell O2 tank inside compartment?

I measured my bag with a ruler and you MAY be able to squeeze that in there, but it will be tight. I saw some tanks measuring 16 x 4 1/2" and some 16.5 x 4.3". It depends on what else you are putting in the bag and which tank you have, but I think you could do it. I love the bag. I'm a school nurse and it is filled with all my supplies and I still have plenty of room. I was not disappointed.

It will not fit, the bag is only 15" inside. You need a bag with 21-22 inches inside measurement. Kemp makes a bag just for that or a combo backpack that will hold a tank.
