I am a disabled veteran, USMC, the VA purchased one of these and a backpack to accommodate my disability to carry my college books, etc. I am a full time student and have to carry my laptop, books, etc in this. I sometimes have so much that I have to carry my JanSport backpack too. Some students are now using rolling crates for all their school gear but are not very functional when it rains since Fall, Winter, and Spring are spent during the rainy season. I keep the heavy items in the rolling... backpack and it makes a big difference. From carrying so much gear my backpack tore from one of the shoulder straps after several years of carrying books; JansPort repaired it with no problem. I had so much gear in my rolling backpack that the stitching tore and JansPort replaced the rolling backpack too. One has to consider the constant movement at school like going up and down stairs, stashing it under a desk, then studying at the library, including homework, travel from and to school. Some people are lucky to get by with just a tablet computer, then there are the child prodigies that get to go to college at 9 or 10 years of age, but some of us need to carry our books and need accommodations to study. I am now getting my driver 8 replaced again because of a defective handle.
JanSport really stands by its products. Every manufacturer will have some issues with some of their products and I am so thankful JanSport is there when it does. I am almost finished with my studies at the university and will keep my JanSport bags long after.
This is so much more convenient than a typical backpack!

I've been having a lot of back issues that get worse when I use my regular backpack that just has straps and doesn't roll. This makes it SO much easier to go from place to place while still carrying my stuff with me. I can walk to class quicker and while using less energy than with my other backpack. Also, there are straps that you can clip onto the bottom of the backpack if you want to use them sometimes, like when walking up/down the stairs. The light blue color is really pretty, and it's r...eally high quality.

i would like to see inside?

It holds quite a bit inside. There is a spine in the back section from the handle and a pocket for a laptop with a velcro close strap to secure it in. This is the most spacious section. There are 2 more zipped pockets in front that decrease in size. but help separate what you are packing. The second pocket is pretty large but not quite as wide as the first one. The 3rd is still 12-14" tall but narrower - good for file folders or books. I use it to bring my laptop, books, folders and other misc. things to school as I am a teacher. I have used it as a carryon flying packing my Nikon with 200 mm lens, laptop and bluetooth speaker along with books to read, my blanket and neck pillow. It does have a pocket o the side for a water bottle. There are a few other little pockets for smaller items. I have had it for a while now and it holds up quite well.

It is not waterproof, but it’s water resistant since when I went in the rain, it’s still dry inside when I checked.
