This product is well-made in most respects; nonetheless, although I am only 5'6" tall, I found the extendable handle too short for comfortable use. I purchased the tote to make travelling easier, but I can't imagine pushing or dragging it through an airport, hotel, or along a city street.

I bought this tote as an airplane carry-on which would also hold and protect my laptop. It functioned very well for both those purposes on a cross-country and an international flight, but in a SMALL plane with limited overhead compartments, I was told I would have to gate-check the bag, meaning I had to take out the laptop and carry it with me. My main suitcase has wheels that rotate 360º, and managing that one plus the tote was sometimes a challenge; I would like it if the tote were manufactured with rotating wheels as well. But it's reasonably light-weight, very roomy, and sturdy - a good pick for traveling.
