Comments about High Sierra ATQ Carry-On Wheeled Backpack with Removable Daypack (AT405):
Used backpacking for 2 weeks in Europe. Very convenient to drag around those subways & train stations. Easy to store in both train & plane compartments. Enough space & pockets for 2 weeks of backpacking in the summer.

My in-laws first purchased these for a trip to Africa where they were very restricted in what they could pack. We borrowed them often and final bought our own because we like them so much. THE PERFECT CARRY-ON. The backpack can be worn or snapped/zipped to the small suitcase for easy rushing through airports. Goes through security quickly. Easy access pouches on backpack. Backpack is great for day-trips while at your destination.
best cutest bag ever!

About Me Casual/ Recreational
This pack has many great features, especially the versatility of the removable mini- pack, which features many pockets. The day pack zips off pretty easily. I'm a traveling videographer and it works nicely for me in conjunction with the same brand 36" rolling duffle. My 17" Mac laptop fits perfectly in this bag, which is why I bought it. Plus there's room for some clothes on top of that, though I wouldn't say the compartment is large...just perfect for my uses. The attached day pack is strangely stiff and it's mouth doesn't open very wide, but it still fit my shoulder bag, keys, glasses, pens, wallet, writing tablet. Downside... and one of my classic bag-on-bag complaints...How hard is it to figure out the physics of this...when you zip one bag on top of another, the weight at front of bag increases...duh...and when loaded, bag keels over front first! Now you KNOW how irritating that can be at the airport! The makers of this bag assume, I guess, that you're going to keep the detachable day pack on your back. But when rolling and stopping through the airport, it's more convenient for me to have it attached. Boom! Every time. This is my only complaint. Put another footrest on it, designer-guys! Also, though I got on the plane with this pack with daypack attached, please note that purely on numbers, day pack must be detached to get on plane, so check dimensions to make sure size is right for you.

I actually use this for my 72 hour emergency pack for my family. It has plenty of room to store all your gear, nice wheeled rolling ability for when you don't want to carry the load. I like the ability to place the whole pack on my back in rough terrain or split the weight and remove the pack to have someone else carry. Plenty of room with nice pockets for storage.I wish the day pack opened a little bigger but is fine for what you need to carry.
