Love this! I've used it about 5 times at home since I received it last week. I place it on a heat diffuser on the stove, because the base is a little small. It brews a little less than 2 oz each time. It looks like they have updated the little black piece of plastic since the photo was taken, making it easier to handle while hot. Can't wait to use this while camping!

How does this work? Can it also be used on a home stove (Electric range)?
BRETT S
It will work on an electric range (or any concentrated source of heat). I have really enjoyed using this thing.
HILLARY R
yes, i concur with alan p. - there is sputtering on the stove, but easy to wipe up with a sponge quicky.
ALAN P
The espresso maker works best with a good and hot fire. I haven't tried it with an electric range, but I presume with its solid metal construction that it would work there very well. I would warn that there can be a bit of sputtering that might make a bit of a mess on an indoor stove.
