dimoc d I am six foot two. 185lbs with waist size of 33in. Is medium the correct size for me?
ADRIAN B The medium or the large have adjustable waists so either will work for your waist size---the real question is how long your back (torso) length is, this can be measured at an REI or at home. How long is your leg inseam? I would guess at 6'2" that your back would fit the large better, unless your legs are super long.
STEPHEN W I am also six foot two, 185lbs with waist size of 33in. I bought the large size because I have a long torso. My inseam is only 32 in. and my back longer than most 6'2" guys. The large works great for me on the trail.
HENRY D I'm 5'6" and 135lbs, 29" waist. I backpacked with this in S america for 2.5 months. I bought a small, and it felt just right if not a little small (doesn't quite rest on my hips how I'd like, sits a little high) on me but I'm incredibly happy with it. Can't say much for the sizing in medium/large but hope that helps.
MIKE V The waist belt is adjustable. The pack size refers to your torso length, which needs to be measured prior to ordering a pack. You can google how to measure your torso size at home, although it usually pays to have an experienced outfitter do it for you.
JUSTIN B Check your torso measurement, top of shoulders/base of neck to the top of your hip bones. If that is over 20" or more I would get the Large. I would think with your height it would be over 20".
