No complaints on this product. However, not sure if it will with stand a heavy rain conditions. Just purchased to replace old tent for Boy Scout Troup summer camp for myself and husband. No rain but very hot and dry. Good ventilation at night. Would recommend buying the footprint for this specific tent. Tent allowed room for two extra large cots and gear.

I found the tent to be great for size and height and floor space. I chose this tent over the smaller versions because the rainfly doesn't cover the windows and thus the vents allow for adequate ventilation which the smaller versions dont appear to provide. There is a room seperator though I doubt I will ever use it. The only draw back I have run across with this tent was its initial set up. While the setup is not confusing at all it just isn't quite as easy to get the fiberglass poles into their assigned locations (particularly on the rain fly) without a fair amount of force. Also the tent would be nearly impossible to set up by yourself. My parents had an older Eureka that had aluminum poles that was a joy to set up. For the price and quality this tent is great, just make sure you have someone else along to help you set it up.

We purchased the Eureka Tetragon 1210 about a month ago from Sunny Sports. We received the tent within 3 business days. We finally got the chance to use it this weekend during a weekend camping trip. We did not put it up prior to this weekend, so we did not waterproof or seam seal it in any way prior to this weekend's camping. We arrived later than we had planned to our campsite and began putting up the tent at dusk. All tent parts were in the box as expected and my wife and I put the tent up in about 20 minutes. It was very easy. Neither of us are what you would call experienced campers and we had absolutely no problems. Fortunately, however, my wife is still more experienced putting up tents than me and that was very beneficial. On the other hand, I'm not sure it would be as easy if only one person was trying to set the tent up. Anyway, the tent went up easy and is quite sturdy. We also purchased the Eureka Tent Floor Saver and put it down before putting up the tent. The weather was dry on the first night and next day but on the second night it began to rain lightly after midnight and it consistently rained for 5 to 7 hours. It was not a torrential downpour but a consistent rain. In the morning, I did notice a little condensation on one of the walls after touching it but nothing visible. However, with such a consistent rain, I am not sure that one can reasonably expect not to have a little wetness on the some parts of the walls. There was also a small amount of wetness near the foot of where my wife slept but it was not much and she was not sure where it may have come from. I would describe both as insignificant. For future camping trips, we may set up the tent and use a waterproof spray on the tent and rainfly.

All in all, we are very pleased with the Eureka Tetragon 1210 after this first outing. We did not expect any rain this weekend as it was not forecasted to rain. However, it was eventually going to rain during one of our camping adventures so I was curious to see how the Eureka Tetragon 1210 would perform. Since there were no large puddles of water anywhere, the tent met our expectations. Additionally, there is plenty of room for just the two of us and our beloved dog. If we wanted to invite others to join us on a future camping excursion and they did not have a tent, there is definitely enough room for two more adults. We put two twin air mattresses side by side and there is still plenty of space for our camping gear. You can get three twin mattresses in the tent and comfortably sleep mom and dad and two or three small children. Four adults might be the maximum to still be comfortable.

The Eureka Tetragon 1210 appears to be a very nice tent for the money. I did not want to purchase one of the less expensive tents and have issues the very first camp outing. Obviously, it is still too early to know how durable this tent will be but I am optimistic that this tent will last us for many years to come. I also think it looks very nice as well (i.e., it does not look cheap). I would not hesititate based on this one camping experience to recommend the Eureka Tetragon 1210 to others.
