At the end of last week (Friday 4 September), I ordered a GoLite Pinnicle backpack from you - and this afternoon (Tuesday 8 September) it has already arrived (way down here at the bottom of Tasmania Australia - and about as far away as any order you get could be). I just wanted to send an email thanking your company for such great service. I ordered my backpack on Thursday March 20, and it arrived the yesterday, Friday March 21. So, not only did you have the best price (by far), a great return policy (which I seriously doubt I will need), but you clearly offer great service on top of all of that. I intend to tell anyone that is looking for camping equipment of your company. I will be making a number of purchases from you over the next few months myself, as I am planning a backpacking trip to Wales this September.
