The product was useful during a recent power outage mostly for its flashlight and radio. However, when adjusting the antenna for the radio; the top section of the antenna fell off. For a ruggedized product they should have made the antenna more robust. The cell charger had adapters for most older phones, but are missing the more recent module such as the ubiquitous micro-USB and iPhone connectors. The radio stations are somewhat unpredictable. You never know what you are going to get. There are no station dials or indicators; just scan and reset.

The light is strong and the crank is easy to use and durable. However, it doesn't work for cell phone recharging because the adapters don't work with any of the six cell phones we have (Motorola, Samsung, Nokia, Kyocera, etc.) and I haven't been able to find any that will work with it and any one of the phones.
