CARMEN V The outer material of this wallet seems to be the same material used for their over-the-shoulder bags and backpacks- a type of mid-weight, (yet rugged) nylon. It is completely lined (card slots, etcetera) with a material similar to what is used on tents. Unfortunately, the Eagle Creek website is as useless, for material information, as is the tag within the wallet.

CLAIRE Z I bought this wallet for my husband a couple years ago and he's still using it everyday. It's held up very well - and my husband is not gentle with his things. The best I can describe the material of the wallet is a nylon material (similar to straps on a duffle bag, etc). Great buy!

THOMAS F The outer material of the wallet is a nylon weave material like the outside of a back pack. It has worn well for me so far. The inner material is a smoother but still slightly textured nylon. I am quite pleased with the purchase and particularly like the detachable driver's license holder.
