LISA M I do not know, I have been recommending them to my students because price quality ratio is great. For my seniors I purchase them and they pay me back. I have Leki Instructors,and Leki Supreme for teaching class and both are great. Hope this helps.

Typically I just throw my poles loose in the car when I take them for hiking Stone Mountain, where I utilize the powergrip pad for failrly reliable traction on the mostly granite terrain. I'm very pleased with my Spin poles - once locked into place they've never budged. I know you didn't ask, but I'm also impressed with Sunny Sports - they had the best price I could find at the time of my purchase and they shipped my order very promptly.
