Nnacy I My husband needs a large sized hat--one-size-fits-all won't work for him. Is this a generously sized hat?

I've got a larger than normal size head. Most of caps don't completely cover my ears. This one does. I can't vouch for your husband's head, but I will say this cap is bigger than others I have tried. I'd give it a try.
