YES - This jacket DOES have the Omni-Heat Reflective lining. (the silver mesh-like lining on the inside). In regards to being Critically Seam Sealed - according to the Columbia website, It is.

no, this jacket doesn't have the thermal reflective line. It is waterproof to a point, but the seams aren't sealed.
